Terms of Service.

By creating an account, hosting an event, or using cellfy in any way (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

cellfy is a browser-based event photobooth. You create an event, share a QR code, and your guests use their own phones to capture photos that land in your live gallery. Some plans include AI Filters that restyle photos into looks like watercolor and cartoon.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secret and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18) to create an account.

cellfy is sold per event: $29 for the Standard tier, $59 for the Pro tier with unlimited AI Filters. One flat fee per event, no subscriptions, no recurring charges.

Payment is due before your booth goes live. Once a booth has been activated and your event has begun, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person;
• upload sexually explicit content or content involving minors;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

As the event host, you are responsible for getting any consent required by your guests and by applicable law before they appear in photos taken at your event. cellfy does not collect that consent on your behalf.

Guests retain ownership of the photos they take. By using the booth at your event, guests grant you (the host) a license to view, store, and share the photos in connection with your event, and grant cellfy the rights described in our Privacy Policy to deliver the Service.

AI Filters use third-party AI providers to generate stylized versions of guest photos. Outputs vary, may not perfectly match the requested style, and are derivative of the source photo.

We don’t guarantee any particular result, and we may change, throttle, or discontinue specific filters at any time. AI Filters are intended for entertainment and are not suitable for identification, medical, legal, or other high-stakes purposes.

Photos are stored in your photo vault for 30 days after capture. After that they are automatically deleted from active storage. Download anything you want to keep before the window closes. You may also request earlier deletion of specific photos or your full event by contacting us.

We work hard to keep cellfy running smoothly, but the Service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may need to take the Service offline for maintenance from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or put other users at risk. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Some sections of these terms (payment, content ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cellfy’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost photos, or lost goodwill.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice in the product. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cellfy operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
